Rotunda is experienced with the newer biologic medications for psoriasis and eczema as well as Moh's micrographic surgery for skin cancer. Caring for all ages and entire families means treating both minor dermatologic conditions like warts and acne and more significant and chronic diseases such as autoimmune skin disease and skin cancer. Rotunda enjoys building long term relationships with her patients in order to help them love the skin they are in. Her medical education was completed in Pennsylvania, first at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine for medical school and then at Thomas Jefferson University for residency. Rotunda, originally from Virginia, received her undergraduate degree from Drew University in 1993.

She enjoys practicing general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology at DMG, where she has been since 2000. She is also a Fellow with the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Liu is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, San Diego Dermatological Society, and the San Diego Society for Dermatologic Surgery, of which she is a past president and past secretary-treasurer. Liu is a voluntary Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of California, San Diego. She completed her internship in internal medicine and her residency in dermatology at the UCLA School of Medicine. degree, and a Ph.D degree in the department of Molecular Biology and Immunology. Liu, board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, is a graduate of Princeton University and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she received her M.D.
